A few things to check if you're having trouble:

• Use the email you purchased with. Many students have multiple email addresses — make sure you're using the one you checked out with.
• Try a different browser. Google Chrome or Safari tend to work best. Clear your browser cache if needed.
• Check your spam folder for your account setup email (subject line: "Your New Pomm's Watercolor Studio Account").
• Reset your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.

The Watercolor Institute community is hosted separately from the courses. Please log in here:

If you're having trouble:

• Confirm you're using the email address associated with your Institute membership.
• Try the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your access.
• Try accessing from a different browser or device, and make sure your browser is up to date.
• Disable any VPN, as these can sometimes interfere with login.

When you purchase a course or join The Institute, you'll automatically receive an account setup email with the subject line:

"Your New Pomm's Watercolor Studio Account"

This email can take up to 10 minutes to arrive — and it sometimes lands in your spam or promotions folder, so please check there first.

If you've already set up your account and need to reset your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page of whichever platform you're accessing:

• The Institute: institute.pommwatercoloracademy.com/login

Your password must be at least 10 characters and include a mix of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and a special character.

Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive two emails: a payment receipt and an account setup email. Here's where to find your content:

• Individual courses are accessed through the Pomm Watercolor Academy platform at learn.pommwatercoloracademy.com/login.
• The Watercolor Institute is accessed through its own community hub at institute.pommwatercoloracademy.com/login.

These are two separate platforms. Purchasing a course does not include Institute access, and vice versa.

Don't worry — this is one of the most common questions we get, and it's almost always an easy fix.

1. Check your spam or junk folder. Look for an email with the subject line "Your New Pomm's Watercolor Studio Account".
2. Check your promotions tab if you use Gmail.
3. Wait up to 10 minutes. Emails can occasionally be delayed, especially right after purchase.
4. Check you used the right email. Did you have another email address at checkout? Try searching all your inboxes.

If you've done all of the above and still nothing, email us at hello@pommwatercoloracademy.com with the email address you used to purchase and we'll resend your access right away.

This usually happens for one of two reasons:

• Wrong email address. You may have purchased with one email and created your account with another. Log out and try logging in with a different email.
• Browser issue. Try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different browser (Chrome or Safari work best).

If neither of those solves it, email us at hello@pommwatercoloracademy.com and let us know the email you used at checkout. We can look up your account and fix it from our end.

Yes! Your courses are accessible on any device. You can either:

• Use your mobile browser (Chrome or Safari) and visit learn.pommwatercoloracademy.com/login
• Download the free Kajabi app from the App Store or Google Play Store and log in with your course account details.

Pomm Hepner is an International Master Watercolor Artist who has spent decades perfecting a distinctive style inspired by the Renaissance masters and her travels through Europe.

Raised by a Paris-born artist and formally trained in Aix-en-Provence, France, Pomm developed a hallmark technique of applying translucent watercolors in many layers — sometimes 10 to 20 — to create the luminous colors, light, and shadow that define her work.

Her painting Unspoken Courage, created in tribute to the fallen firefighters of 9/11, hangs permanently at NYFD headquarters. Her work is collected worldwide — and now, through the Pomm Watercolor Academy, she shares her knowledge and passion with students around the globe.

The Watercolor Institute is Pomm's premier coaching community — designed for students who are serious about reaching their watercolor goals as quickly as possible.
