I just made a purchase but wasn't asked to create a password. How do I log in?

No problem โ€” this is common. You just need to create a password for your account. Click the link below and enter the email address you used to purchase. You'll be able to set your password and access everything straight away.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password" beneath the sign-in button. Enter the email address you used to create your account and click "Send Recovery Info" โ€” you'll receive an email with a link to set a new password. You can also go directly here:

I don't know which email address I signed up with. What do I do?

Get in touch and we'll track it down for you. Email us at hello@pommwatercoloracademy.com with as much information as you can โ€” your name, any email addresses you might have used, and what you purchased. We'll sort it out quickly.

Accessing Your Purchase

I purchased but haven't received a download link. Where is my course?

All courses are added directly to your account โ€” there's no separate download link. Log in with your email and password and you'll find everything waiting for you in your library.

I haven't received my confirmation email. What should I do?

Confirmation emails sometimes land in spam or junk folders โ€” check there first and mark it as safe. If you still can't find it, you can log in directly using the link below. Your purchase will be there regardless of whether the email arrived.

Course & Video Questions

Are the courses downloadable or streaming only?

All courses are streaming only. We don't send out CDs, DVDs, or any physical media. Everything lives in your online account and can be accessed any time you have an internet connection.

Can I watch on my iPad or phone?

Yes โ€” all video lessons can be watched on any device with an internet browser. Simply log in from your tablet, phone, or computer and your library will be there.

Does it work on PC, Mac, and Linux?

Yes. The courses can be viewed on any operating system using a standard web browser. No special software is required.

Emails & Newsletters

How do I unsubscribe from a specific newsletter?

Scroll to the bottom of any email from us and click Unsubscribe Preferences. From there you can choose exactly which newsletters to stay subscribed to and which to opt out of โ€” so you only receive what's relevant to you.
